Mission
The Philippine Printing - Online is
the first and, currently, the only web based magazine for the
Philippine printing industry. The publication's mission is to
provide its visitors (readers) with up-to-date news on major events
taking place in the industry. The publication is also intended to be
a source of general information regarding the industry. A section on
technical articles is included to provide useful and practical
information on the printing process and its latest developments. A
suppliers directory is provided to help local printers source their
requirements.
The publication was first published on
March 30, 2006. It is updated on a continuous basis as new
information and data are obtained.
The Editor and Publisher
Wilfredo C. Ileto
The editor has been part
of the Philippine printing industry since 1971. He has been involved
in a wide range of printing related business from color separation,
offset printing and printing equipment dealership. He is a past
president of the Philippine Printing Technical Foundation (PPTF) and
a regular resource speaker for the foundation’s seminars. He is also
a former director of the Printing Industries Association of the
Philippines (PIAP) and past secretary of the Printing Industry Board
Foundation (PIBFI).
